New cooperation with European Business School

Driving Growth International started a new marketing and sales cooperation with Prof. Dr. Roland Mattmüller, Chair of Business Studies and Strategic Marketing at the European Business School, International University, Schloss Reichartshausen. The cooperation compromises e.g. the joint execution of studies, the joint development of new approaches and applications in marketing and branding and the joint design of trainings and executive education programs.

DRIVING EXCELLENCE Circle develops a procedure model for CHANGE MANAGEMENT processes.

Our Driving Excellence circle just finished a workshop series on change management, where a simple, experience driven procedure model for change management processes was developed and reality tested. From now on, this procedure model will not only help our Driving Excellence circle members in change processes, but can also be used for our other clients in consulting and training projects. The Touchpoint Spider® is a new tool to display the touch points of a brand in a clear way. At a glance, you can see the importance of every touch point for the brand and also the performance of the organization at every touch point. The Touchpoint Spider® is an analysis tool to identify weaknesses, as well as a tool for monitoring performance at all touch points.

DRIVING GROWTH INTERNATIONAL opens office in Dubai.

After a two-year cooperation, Driving Growth International is now officially expanding its operations in the Middle East and North Africa by the founding of Driving Growth MENA (Middle East and North Africa). The joint venture with communications service provider Zed Communication, a subsidiary of Zabeel Investments, was officially established in November. The decision to take this step was the result of growing demand in the region for the services of subsidiaries Driving Profit, Driving Growth and Driving Excellence.

On 25 November, in Frankfurt am Main, Driving Excellence launched its new Business Circle.
