Driving Growth International is now partnering with Dixendris AG who offers "not just another CRM tool"
Dixendris - multichannel management in the context of all business rules

Classic operational CRM tools have one thing in common: they are electronic rolodexes that keep track of customer records. They are also agendas, where a user can enter future activities to do with the customer. But, of course, if a user makes no entries, nothing will happen either.
In most organizations, sales representatives and client advisors still make their own decisions about who is a good customer and who is not, based on whatever information is available, though the result is only partly reflected in the CRM tool. In addition, CRM tools only cover some customer contact channels, instead of all those touch points which create the complete customer experience. It is a big challenge to orchestrate a coherent customer dialog strategy in a multichannel environment! Last but not least, it is not only about catching as many sales opportunities as possible, but also about obeying all compliance rules and regulatory affairs.
If you can master these challenges, the rewards can be very significant:
• You minimize opportunity losses by addressing and pursuing all sales opportunities that are hidden in your data but have not been pursued by your sales representatives up to now.
• You orchestrate the complete customer experience over all channels according to your business strategy.
• Because the customer recognizes your ability to identify their needs and desires at the right time, and that you act according to agreements, customer satisfaction will rise significantly and measurably.
Dixendris’ vision is therefore to have a true, real-time, one-to-one, multichannel steering and control unit that is able to orchestrate customer interactions in the context of all business rules.
In 2004, Dixendris started to develop a methodology on how to model a marketing and sales strategy with a set of approach cases, called “Approach Management.” An approach case is a generic data model that can cover whatever marketing, sales and after-sales activity you may have with customers and prospects. This includes TV-campaigns, direct mail letters, outbound calls, follow-up calls, networking-events, or practically anything you plan to do to operationalize your strategy. In time, you will end-up with about 300 approach cases that reflect your portfolio of customer relationship management activities. Each approach case is constantly screening your data for customers that belong to it – like a pearl diver looking for a prize find. Subsequently, a sophisticated algorithm calculates a central, collision-free, individual customer contact plan for every customer or prospect. This knowledge can now be used to steer activities in all of the customer contact channels, like the CRM tool, call center, Internet, at the branch office, events, as well as through classic advertising. Dixendris has been testing the methodology over the years in various industries in Switzerland, with organizations having between 20,000 and 5 million customers. The largest users are now handling more than 6 million sales opportunities per day with this system, resulting in 5 times more deals closed than with the traditional processes. New approach cases can be implemented in 2 to 5 days, versus 6 weeks with the old processes.
Currently under Development, is Dixendris Approach Management System Version 4, which will be available soon. It comes with an innovative, business logic integration platform, which allows easy deployment of complex sets of business rules. This is handled using a rules engine with features like event processing, temporal reasoning and automated planning. For more information please contact patrick.schuenemann@dixendris.com

New study on “Charging for additional services: Customers’ willingness to pay and impact
on company’s reputation”

Together with our scientific partner, the European Business School, Driving Growth International
is conducting a new study on customers’ willingness to pay for additional services and the impact on the reputation of the companies that demand extra charges for additional services (that may be seen as minor benefits by some customers). This is a burning question for some of our clients.
If this is also an important question for your organization, we are still looking for sponsors for this study.
Please contact Dr. Michael Notheisen (michael.notheisen(at)driving-excellence.de) if you would like to know more.

Launch of DRIVING INSIGHTS - Driving Insights brings marketing knowledge to the business and creates a basis for informed decisions.

No successful market activities without insights, no business case without qualification.

Driving Growth International announces the launch of Driving Insights, the new business unit for strategic research, specializing in marketing insight and strategy. The former Driving Growth department for research which offers its services to all our clients can now also be booked separately.

A deep understanding of markets and their participants is required to develop precise growth strategies. Therefore, we ask customers, decision makers and influencers about their concrete experiences and expectations. Also your own organization, especially sales, is usually a valuable source of information. Rarely the view from inside an organization matches the outside perspective. For a successful development of the market it is necessary to discover and close this gap in order to prevent a diffuse market communication with the target groups. Customer segmentations help to focus the strategy and resources.

Driving Insights offers assistance in the improvement of decision making processes through market research.  A better understanding of customers and markets allows to define clear decisions and action paths. Our experience shows that strategies are more successful if they are based on solid insights.

Profound insights will be generated by both qualitative and quantitative studies. Our unique expertise is in qualitative research techniques. Our aim is to apply the methodology most suited to each specific case and whatever problems need to be analyzed.

Driving Insights is specialized in working with difficult target groups such as health care personnel and patients, managers and key opinion leaders at all levels as well as sensitive consumer groups.

Driving Insights has experienced network partners for global research projects in key countries in Eastern and Western Europe, the United States, Asia and South Africa.
